We want you to be able to sit on the floor with the kids in your life, carry your own groceries, and realize that aches and pains don't have to be part of aging. Class is set to an upbeat playlist of songs from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and song requests are always welcome!
All students should be able to participate in this class so long as they are capable of getting up and down from the reformer and lifting the 8 lb box to move it.

You will learn how to use props to deepen your understanding of the actions of a pose or for restorative, supported postures. Students should be prepared to practice inversions in the Level 2 class. Please ask an instructor if Level 2 is right for you before attending.
Flow Yoga

Expect a steady pace and the option for chaturangas. You’ll leave with an inner aliveness in your body, mind, and spirit.
Power Yoga
Think Flow, but faster-paced and with chaturanga transitions. You’ll move with your breath from one pose to the next with an emphasis on standing postures to build heat. These classes are great for folks who need a higher energy practice to get out of their heads and into their bodies and breath
Rocket Yoga
The Rocket will tune you into your inner teacher, allowing you to evolve both on and off of your mat. You’ll grow stronger and gain more confidence through this self-empowering, fiery, and fun yoga practice. Co-created by Larry Shultz and the Grateful Dead, the Rocket sequences “get you there faster” through arm balances, inversions, and cross-training. While students are free to ramp things down (or up), depending on what is right for them, some prior yoga experience and a sense of playfulness are recommended for this class.
