Hi! As of December 9th, For the People officially transitioned to our new studio software, Momence! Here are a few items to double-check if you have any questions, need to access your account, or make your next booking!
Trouble accessing your Momence login and account?
Visit the schedule page of our website.
Click the “Momence Account Login” button.
Click “Forgot Your Password?”
Enter the email address we have on file for you to request a password reset email.
Check your email to follow the instructions to reset your password and access your new account.
Where can I download the Momence app?

Class Sign Up Management
I’m new. Where should I start?
If you’re comfortable in a group class setting, the best way to get started is with one of our New Member Specials. Click the Get Started button in the upper right hand corner of this page to save on your first classes with our special trial pricing. If it’s been a long time since you’ve moved your body or you’re recovering from an injury, we recommend getting started with a Simply Stretch, Yoga Basics, or Therapeutic Reformer class. If you’re ready for a workout and pretty comfortable holding a plank for at least 30 seconds, we’d recommend starting out with our Flow, Iyengar, or Principles Reformer Pilates classes. From there, our kind, friendly instructors would love to make a recommendation for your next classes based on the intensity level you’re looking for.
How can I book a class in Momence?

I’m on the waitlist for a class. How will I know that a spot has opened up for me?
As spaces become available, you’ll be automatically added to class so long as it is at least one hour before the start of class. We’ll send you a text if this happens. If you're on a waitlist and unable to make the class with at least one hours' notice, please remove yourself with 12 hours' notice to respect our cancellation guidelines.
I’m running late for class. What should I do?
If you’re running late for a waitlisted class and someone on the waitlist is already at the studio, your spot will be given to them.
For classes without a waitlist, you’re welcome to join if you can arrive within the first five minutes of class. However, if you’re more than five minutes late, you won’t be able to join. This is to ensure everyone’s safety, as missing the warmup increases the risk of injury, and late arrivals can disrupt the class.
Please do not text or contact us to let us know you’re running late, as instructors cannot check their phones before class. They are focused on assisting students and preparing for the session, so any messages will not be seen.
I need to cancel my class. What should I do?
You can cancel your class via our scheduling app or through the browser. “Your Schedule” is located in the righthand menu on the top of the screen in the browser (click on the circle icon to open the menu). “Bookings” is located on the bottom of the screen in the app.
I couldn’t cancel with 12 hours’ notice. Am I in trouble?
Not at all! Life happens, and that’s why we don’t charge late fees. However, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that pass. This policy helps us compensate our teachers for their time and dedication. Unfortunately, we can’t make exceptions, including for medical reasons. Thank you for understanding and honoring this policy!
How do I join a livestream class?
To join a livestream class, simply register for any class with a “Livestream” booking option. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the class, and a reminder email with the same link will be sent 15 minutes before the class starts. You can also start the class directly from your schedule after logging into your account.
How do I access the On Demand Video Library?
Go to our website’s schedule page (www.forthepeopleath.com/schedule) and click the “Join an On Demand Class” button. From there, you’ll be redirected to our video library provider’s website (Searchie). If you’ve never logged in before, follow the prompts to reset your password using the same email address that you use for your studio account.
If you receive a notification that your email address is not recognized by the system, please ensure the email address that you’re trying to login with is the one we have on file. If that doesn’t solve the problem, email us, and we’ll update the permissions for that email address. I just can’t get the livestream link to work, but I’m dressed and ready for class and need some movement in my life RIGHT NOW!

Account Management
How many passes do I have left, and when is my bill date?
High five for staying on top of your classes! We love getting to have you. Log into your account through our app or your browser and click on "My Memberships" under the Memberships tab. From there, you'll be able to see your upcoming billing date as well as how many classes you have left for that billing cycle.
I need to update my billing information. Where should I go to do that securely?
