With small classes, you’ll get the support you need to move with confidence and feel good inside and out.

  • We recommend shooting for a minimum of 2 classes per week if this is your primary form of strength training.

    If you’re not quite sure what is right for you, we’d love to sit down and come up with a custom plan.

  • We’re so excited to be part of your wellness journey, and want to help you make an ongoing commitment to your physical and mental health.

    That’s why when you make a commitment to a membership before the end of your trial, you’ll unlock a special discount on your first month of any membership!

  • Your New Member Special includes access to group classes with our kind and amazingly experienced instructors. We can’t wait for you to get to know them and our amazing community!

    Your pass will activate on the day of your first class, and to help you get started with enough oomph to start feeling a difference, all of our New Member Specials must be activated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Pilates isn’t a fashion show at our studio, and you don’t have to dress a certain way to “fit in.”

    You’re already our kind of people.

    Come in clothes that are comfortable that allow you to move. Sometimes we’re upside down or on our hands and knees, so we recommend wearing close fitting bottoms (as a community, we’re close, but not that close!)

    Grippy socks are also required for class—they help with stability and hygiene—and can be purchased at the studio if you don’t have a pair.

    Also, if you’d like to strut your fashionista self onto your reformer like its a runway, knock yourself out. We’re here for that too.

  • We’re so glad you asked. The giant parking lot right in front of our studio doors is one of our members’ favorite things about our location. We bet you’ll love the free, plentiful parking too!
