    To support that, we now offer two clear membership paths:

    • Yoga Membership
    Designed for members who want to focus primarily on yoga and mindful movement.

    • All-Access Membership
    Our most flexible option. This allows you to mix and match Strength, Yoga, and Reformer Pilates throughout the week so you can strength train consistently while still choosing the classes your body needs most on any given day.

    Many members are excited about the new All-Access plan because it makes it easy to:

    • Strength train twice weekly

    • Use yoga or Pilates for mobility, recovery, and balance

    • Adjust week to week based on energy, stress, and life demands
