6 Week Yoga Transformation Challenge

Our Six-Week Yoga Transformation Challenge is an all-encompassing yoga immersion program that we have been cooking up! We want to provide the answer to what has been holding you back.
Here are all of the amazing opportunities that you will have access to starting JANUARY 23rd…
Deepen your practice with three sessions per week (you’ll get to pick whether you attend 3 group classes or 2 group classes and one private session).
Enhance your knowledge of alignment, meditation, yoga philosophy, and nutrition with weekly mini workshops (Sundays from 4-5p).
Increase your social circle with a yoga-centered community that aligns with your values and encourages your growth.
Solidify new habits and create lifelong change with weekly one-on-one coaching check ins.
Fuel your body with 6 weeks of meal plans designed by the former head of nutrition at Southern Living magazine (gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan menu options are included!). Grocery list and weekly menus included!

This add-on includes three visits with dietitian Staci Belcher, MS, RDN, LDN, RYT and is a perfect avenue to dig in deeper into your habits and nutrition needs as you move through the Transformation challenge. Staci teaches strategies to increase your mindfulness, self-awareness, and help you to identify your unique path to honor and care well for your body and mind. Appointments will be virtual and are offered Tuesday or Thursday evenings.

My participation in the Five Points Yoga challenge a few months ago was so beneficial, I was struggling with consistency for my yoga practice, and the challenge helped me make a realistic plan and follow it. My meeting with Lindsey was so helpful, in addition to being an uplifting amazing human being and educator, Lindsey helped me set realistic goals for daily practices to be more present and kind to myself. The workshops offered were amazing, Staci is an awesome educator, and having discussions about intuitive eating was so helpful in my journey, hearing other people's experiences, and sharing my personal experience was so beneficial in making baby steps towards a better body image and relationship with food. I 100% would recommend this challenge if it's offered again. I enjoyed my experience and I think it definitely helped me rekindle my self care practices.
