 FAQs

  • We’re firm believers in ordering both desserts when you just can’t choose, and that’s what we recommend here as well.

    We like to see folks doing a combination of resistance training and mobility work, which is why we often recommend Yoga & Pilates.

    If you’re brand new, recovering from an injury, or just getting back into exercise, we recommend starting with Simply Stretch and Therapeutic Reformer Pilates.

    If you’re ready to level up with high intensity, but low-impact work, our Power Reformer and Rocket Yoga classes are great places to head.

    Long story short, buy both.

  • We recommend a minimum of 3 moderate intensity classes per week or 2 high intensity classes per week to meet evidence-based wellness recommendations.

    Of course, take into account any exercise you’re doing outside of the studio. Walking, running, chasing kids, etc.

    If you’re not quite sure what is right for you, we’d love to sit down and come up with a custom plan.
