We offer flexible membership terms to fit your life/travel schedule (our studio owner and fearless leader, Lindsey, is passionate about travel and thinks we all need more vacation!). While our 3-month memberships don’t come with a pause, our Yearlong memberships come with the ability to pause for up to 30 days each membership term. The courtesy pause period combined with the cost savings of our yearlong plans, means that so long as you’re in town more than 9 months out of the year, you’re getting the best per-class rate we offer! If you move or experience a major medical event, we’ll pause or stop your membership, no questions asked.

Yoga and Pilates both have awesome benefits, so it really depends on what you’re looking for. Yoga is great for building strength (at a slower pace), improving flexibility, and helping you relax and recharge. If better posture and standing tall are top priorities, Pilates is the way to go—it’s all about core strength, alignment, and those pulling movements yoga doesn’t always hit. Whether you stick to one or mix and match, the most important thing is finding what works best for you and makes you feel amazing!

These memberships include 8 classes per 4-week billing cycle, which averages out to about 2 classes each week. We encourage you to make it a habit to attend 2 classes weekly so you can stay consistent and get the most out of your practice. Please note that unused classes do not roll over between billing cycles, so it’s a great incentive to stay on track and prioritize your wellness!
